I bought a Eurotech Home DVD Recorder from UKDVDR almost a year ago. A few weeks later the O/P from the SCART - TV disappeared and the unit was returned (at my expense) and a replacement was provided. This failed quite quickly with the same problem, no monitor o/p, so unable to set the machine up.
Again, (at my expense) the unit was returned to UKDVDR, who again provided a replacement. This was quickly unpacked and connected and unbelievably, this one will not load DVD's. It tries but ends up saying 'No Disk'. Because I caught this within 24 hours UKDVDR are paying the return costs, but threaten me with costs if the unit is found to be OK. (Fat chance). Does anyone else have any experience of this unit.
This is really a gripe at the D4001 and also at UKDVDR who keep replacing these dud's in the hope that one of them might work!
